This clarification text has been prepared to provide information to relevant parties whose personal data are processed by Optiyol Karar Destek Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Company) as the data controller pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) No. 6698.
Within the scope of this text;
- ''Personal data'' means, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- ''Related person'' means, real persons whose personal data are processed, such as;

- Management of information security processes,
- Management of complaints and requests,
- Providing information to legally authorized institutions and organizations,
- Execution of communication activities.
5) The purposes of processing the personal data of public officials who deal with the company on behalf of public institutions are as follows:
- Execution of activities in accordance with the legislation,
- Providing information to authorized persons and institutions.
C. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data processed by the Company limited to the purposes specified in the "B. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA" section of this text may transferred to below mention parties.

D. METHODS OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING:
Your personal data is collected automatically during the use of systems such as information processing, communication and automatic data recording systems owned or allocated for the use of the Company (e-mail, website forms, etc.), and in other cases non-automatically (in physical environments and verbally) such as listed below.

- Turkish Employment Agency and private employment offices,
- Cookies of our website (cookies),
- Tracking Cookies/Tracking Cookies of third parties,

- Other documents declared by the data owner,
- Business cards and other promotional documents,
- Your social media accounts.
Your personal data is being collected and processed depending on below mentioned legal reasons.
- Being clearly stipulated in the laws,
- Being compulsory for the protection of life or physical integrity of the person or another person, who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally recognized,
- Being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment and performance of your contract,
- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- Being made public by you,
- Being mandatory of the data processing for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Being mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
E) DATA OWNER'S RIGHTS
The rights you can exercise by applying to the Data Controller are as follows.
a) To learn whether the personal data have been processed,
b) To request information if processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether being used accordingly,
d) To know the third persons transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To ask for correction if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear,
g) To request notification of transactions that are made as per the (e) and (f) paragraphs deemed above against the 3rd persons to whom they are transferred,
h) To object to the emergence of a result against you as it is analyzed exclusively with the automated systems,
ı) To demand compensation of damage due to illegal processing.
Within the scope of your rights specified in Article 11 of PDPA, you may notify the Company of your requests in writing or by using a registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature.
In your application;
a) Your name, surname and, if your application is in writing, your signature,
b) Your citizen identification number,
c) Domicile or workplace address for official notification,
d) E-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for the notification,
e) The subject of the request,
must be present.
As a rule, your applications are answered free of charge. However, if the response requires a cost, a fee may be charged within the limits of the relevant regulations.
